My Daily Workout Routine!
I do these workouts every night BEFIORE I get ready for bed (before I wash my make up off, before I shower.......)
I spend 15 minutes stretching (some stretches I left out - I'll show them soon) and I use my stretches to help me meditate and clear my mind.

25 Kick Backs each leg
25 Doggie Hydrants each leg
